Simple yet lovely. What's your favorite aesthetic?

We saw men dressed as women, an abundance of vibrantly dyed hair, and fog covered highway. All in all I'd say it was a wonderful time. Announcement One I took a blogging break, but now I'm considering getting back into the swing of things. Not full time, but... enough to express myself. Thank you for those of you who wandered around through these random posts, trying to figure out what was going on. Announcement Two Mackenzie and I are going to be opening something epic up soon. (I now understand why 1D fans plaster their room in posters.) I got this amazing One Direction calendar from the mall and I have to say it was well worth the four dollars and two cents I paid for it. Now I can count down the days until I get to see them in concert. (Less than 7 months to go!) It has the boy's birthdays on it too (which is why Zayn is the cover of January - because his birthday was on the 12th), which is helpful because I am a disaster when it comes to birthdays... and names... and ages... Ugh. Today we'll be flashing back to the past - even though Christmas was less than a month ago. :} I meant to share these photos sooner, but had some other posts planned. Enjoy! :) Christmas Eve We had a dance party/photoshoot, then opened up one gift each. :) Christmas Day     Explanation : Christmas is a massive celebration in our household. Ever since 2010, my parents have been adding a twist to it, doing different things to spice up our ye old traditions. This year, we played a version of  Let's Make A Deal . We were told we had to dress up in order to play, so I dressed as a goth (of course), my sister Morgan went as a chimney sweep (so cute), my brother went as a "gamer", and my older sister, Crystal, went as a Pegasus. Sometimes, I have so much to say but my mind doesn't know how to get it all out. So I express it through actions. The way I move my hand, skip around, or even breathe... I am always writing a new version of the same story. My story. Maybe I don't have the right words (yet), but the story is there. The story is waiting. You just have to look for it.

A few weeks back my siblings and I helped set up a hot air balloon. There was a lot of sass and work involved (I'm pretty sure I strained some shoulders muscles), but it was amazing. I hope to do it again someday. :) Here are some photos from my adventure. ^ Morgan and I took a lot of car selfies... Don't give me that look. She had the camera out, and I didn't want to be an awkward photo bomber. :P Haha, Tim was trying to "hold" the balloon... ^ They were inflating the balloon (if that's even the right word). Now, don't let all these pictures fool you. I did help. I helped lay the balloon out. ^ Oh, I love these photos. <3 And that is all!
