Well, it help me write in general.

Inspiration is this wonderful sensation I get in the pit of my stomach.

It's a nagging feeling that tells me I could do or make something creative, maybe even something that's beautiful.
I try to act on that feeling.
I try to do something inspiring.
I try to give back.
